## Shipping Policy

### Where we deliver

We deliver to all twelve governorates of Jordan: Amman, Irbid, Zarqa, Balqa, Madaba, Mafraq, Jerash, Ajloun, Karak, Tafilah, Ma'an and Aqaba.

### Delivery times

Orders placed after 15:00, or on Friday and Saturday, are processed on the next working day.

### Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your governorate. Free delivery applies above the threshold shown in your cart.

### Your address

Please include a **landmark** — a nearby shop, mosque, school or roundabout. Deliveries in Jordan are found by landmark far more reliably than by street name, and a good landmark is the single biggest thing you can do to make sure your order arrives on the first attempt.

### If you are not home

The courier will call the number on the order. If we cannot reach you after two attempts, the order returns to us and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
